SPECTACULAR THREE-BEDROOM HOME
A spectacular curved staircase greets visitors who
step in to the foyer of this three-bedroom family
home.
The foyer's 13 -foist ceiling carries into the spacious
great room just behind the staircase. Here, gener-
ous windows offer a view to a covered deck and the
back garden beyond, and the gas fireplace is flanked
by entertainment units. •
From the great room, an arched entrance leads to
the open-plan dining room and kitchen. The dining
room looks onto a sundeck, where stairs lead down
to the back garden. An optional built -out buffet will
come in handy, providing extra storage and serving
space.
The master suite, located at the back of the home
for privacy, boasts its own door to the covered
deck. The room's drop ceiling will add a touch of
elegance. A capacious walk-in closet and an en=
suite that features double basins, a -soaker tub and
a shower stall complete the layout.
The double garage has windows that face the street,
as well as a built-in workbench. The door opens
into a mud room, fitted with a benchrand hooks for
outerwear. The washer and dryer are also located
here, along with a three-piece bathroom and an ex-
tra storage area.
The curved staircase, which is open to the floor be-
low, leads to the unfinished basement included in
the plans. Ceilings are all nine feet, except where
