the Goshen purchasing new spring hats. •

home Monday evening.
Mrs. Henry Smith and 'ass Ida Gra-

Mr, Chester Mewhin:ney held a wood
bee on Saturday afternoon
Mr, Thomas Mawhinney went out
shooting jack rabbits one day last week
and in mistake he unfe,rtunate.ly kill-
ed one of Mr. David Lippert's pigs.

arrested here on a charge of forging

dist Church on Tuesday evening to
a fair crowd. It was greatly appreciat-

Hensall is forming a Horticultural
Society and great interest is being tak-
en by our citizens.
Mrs. Robt. J. Cooper, nee Grace Mc-
Gregor of Kippen, died at the age .of
41 years, after a week's illness, and
was buried in Hensall Union Ceme-
tery, The husband, four sons and four
daughters survive.
