Dr. Shepherd entered a lease for one doctor pod. Minutes of the Huron East Health Centre Managment Committee state that tenants who have completed and signed rental agreements also include the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation, the Huron Business De- velopment Corporation for HealthKick Huron and the Huron Family Health Team. The FHT has rented the entire north side of the building, including three \ doctor pods, one of which is being used by two nurse practitio- ners and two of which are still empty. As well, there are still two doctor pods that are empty and unrented.
