You will ensure that all care will be provided as required by: The Ministry of Health and Long -Term Care (MOHLTC) legislation and other Ontario related legislation, MOHLTC and Ritz Lutheran Villa policies, guidelines and procedures and the Ontario College of Nurses standards and guidelines. You are self-directed, flexible, possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written commu- nication skills and a proven ability to work well within a team leadership environ- ment.
