Permanent Full -Time Position
This challenging opportunity will appeal to a creative, passionate and optimistic
individual who is committed to working in a dynamic, collegial and collaborative
atmosphere. As part of the Leadership Team you will provide value based leader-
ship and direction to the nursing services as well as to the organization as a whole
using your critical thinking, strategic planning and problem solving skills. Your
qualifications include: RN with current registration and in good standing with the
College of Nurses of Ontario, knowledge of long-term care home standards and
MOHLTC legislation and progressive, professional leadership/management expe-
rience, preferably in long term care. Your interests and experience focus on resi-
dent -centred care, being part of a continuum of care, proactively anticipating and
responding to change.
You will ensure that all care will be provided as required by:
The Ministry of Health and Long -Term Care (MOHLTC) legislation and other
Ontario related legislation, MOHLTC and Ritz Lutheran Villa policies, guidelines
and procedures and the Ontario College of Nurses standards and guidelines. You
are self-directed, flexible, possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written commu-
nication skills and a proven ability to work well within a team leadership environ-
ment.

MONTGOMERY, Luella: At Seaforth Manor, on Monday, December 17, 2007 Ms.
Luella Montgomery of Seaforth in her 93rd year Dear sister of Viola Beuerman of
Seaforth and sister-in-law of Marjorie Montgomery of Seaforth. Sadly missed by
several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Ross and Earl
Montgomery, and by brother-in-law Hanley Beuerman, Friends were received at
the Box and Smith Funeral Chapel, 47 High St., Seaforth, on Thursday from 7-9
p.m. where the funeral service was held on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 2 p.m.
