Help Wanted Maitland Valley Family Health Team The Maitland Valley Family Health Team (FHT) provides primary health care services to the population of Goderich and surrounding rural townships/municipalities. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions: Psychologist (.4FUE) The psychologist will work collaboratively with physicians, NPs, Social Worker and other members of the FHT in assessing and treating patients. In addition, • the psychologist will also provide case consultation, staff training, program development and research services regarding wellness and the promotion of mental health. * Qualifications: Must be a registered member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Registered Nurse (1 FTE) To provide clinical procedures for enrolled patients and to assist health care providers with medical and surgical procedures, stock & clean examination & treatment rooms and perform other patient care tasks as required. * Qualifications: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an Ontario University or equivalent, current registration certificate as a registered nurse in the province of Ontario Chiropodist (.4 FTE) The Chiropodist will work collaboratively with physicians, NP's and other members of the FHT to provide comprehensive primary care service to patients. Responsibilities will include lower extremity assessment, diagnosis and treatment for individual patients, design and implementation of health promotion, clucntic disease prevention and treatment programs. * Qualifications include current registration with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
