(four games) Doris Hamilton 360, Edna Deitz 311, Merle McLellan 261. (three games) Willy Hoornaert 365, Ann Van Dorren 344, Donna Smale 254. The annual meeting of the Hensall South Huron Agricultural Society will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Hensall arena. Plans are shaping up for the 140th Annual Hensall Spring Fair to be held on June 13-14. The theme of the fair will be "Meet Me At The Farm Gate In 2008." The photo contest categories are "Green Thumb", "Travel%, "Open Category", and "My Favorite Photo". For more details visit the Village of Hensall website at http://www.vil- lage.hensall.on.ca/ The Hensall Community Development Action Committee in conjunction with the Hensall Volunteer Fire Department are holding the lighting of the wreath on Friday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. at Hensall town hall. There will be a bake and crafts sale at Hensall•United Church on Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. At Carmel Presbyterian Church, Rev. Andy Meinen was the minister with Dorothy Taylor playing the organ. Community Horticultural Society held their annual pot -luck supper at Hensall United Church on Sunday evening. After a delicious meal was enjoyed there was a short business meeting. Jeanette Turner and Jane Fragiskatos were presented with awards for their winning at the mini flower show in June. Kari Sue MacLean gave a demon- stration on making bows and a dec- orative arrangement with ever- greens and branches.
