STRONG, John (Jack): At Seaforth Community
Hospital on Wednesday, September 26, 2007,
John George (Jack) Strong of Egmondville in his
72nd year. Beloved husband of Shirley
(Montgomery) Strong and the late Helen Louise
Pehlke (1967). Dear father of Monty (Jody) Taylor,
Warren Strong, Joanne (Cam) Chapman, Cheryl
Strong and Stephen Strong. Loved by eleven
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also
remembered by sister Marie (Pat) Ryan and sis-
ters-in-law Peggy Strong, Marlyn Gray, Phyllis
Strong and Eva Strong. Predeceased by his par-
ents John and Grace (White) Strong, brothers
Don, Bob, Jim and Art and a sister Joyce. A
memorial service will be held at the Whitney -
Ribey Funeral Home, 87 Goderich St. W. Seaforth
on Sat. Nov. 3 at 11 am. Memorial donations to
Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation appre-

Geert, Diane, and big sister Emily are pleased to
announce the arrival of Brendan Taro, born
September 22nd, 2007, weighing 8 lbs. 8 oz. First
grandson to Nana and Ojiichan Ikeda of London
and Opa Jongert of Embro. Special thanks to Dr.
Megan Rigby and the staff at London Health

MCNICHOL
Gracie and Clayton are happy to announce the
arrival of their baby sister Paige Anna on
Sept 15/07 in Guelph General Hospital. She
weighed 8lbs 4oz and is the 23rd great
grandchild for Anna McNichol of Seaforth. Proud
parents are Matthew and Jenessa. 43-43-1

BROOME: In loving memory of a cherished
daughter, Rachael Broome, who died at the age
of 16, October 26th, 1997.
We will love and treasure you always, Rach. You
left us far too soon and we miss you terribly.
So much has happened in the last ten years and
we wish with all out hearts that you were here to
share it with us.
There is -an emptiness and a longing in all of our
hearts that time cannot erase.

What a wonderful time we had. thank you so much
for coming to our 50th Anniversary Open House; for
the cards, gift certificates, gifts, flowers and lottery
tickets. Thank you to Grace Campbell and her
helpers for catering to oar supper, and also to our
girls and their families for their help with decorating
and the afternoon treats. It is very much appreciated.

What a wonderful way to celebrate 50 years of mar-
riage. Family and friends joined us in our celebration,

The brothers and sisters of the late Marg Flannery
express appreciation to the staff of Seaforth
Community Hospital and the palliative volunteers
who cared for Marg during her illness. We were also
moved by the outpouring of support by students, fel-
low teachers, relatives, friends and neighbours. Your
cards, donations, flowers, kind words and hugs
helped greatly during this difficult time. Thanks to
Ross and Ruth at Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home.
Thank you to the St. James Choir, Readers, the pall-
bearers and especially Father Chris and Father
Mooney who performed the Mass of the Christian
Burial and to the Catholic Women's League for the
