Queensway recognizes staff for dedication and commitmeflt
Queensway hosted a special
appreciation day on Sept. 5 to
recognize staff for their dedica-
tion and commitment to quali-
ty care for residents of the
home.
A delicious buffet meal was
available for lunch and supper
breaks for all shifts and there
were draws made throughout
the day. Fifteen staff members
won gift certificates and other
gifts.
Years of service awards pre-
sentations were the highlight
of the day with flowers and
gifts presented to
Ellen Green
RPN for 30 years
of service,
Marilyn Hern RPN
for 25 years and Tracy Mann
HCA for 20 years. Kelly Elder,
Nurse Aide and Sandra Johns,
Guest Attendant were both
gifted for five years of service
but unable to attend.
Volunteer Auxiliary Members
held their monthly meeting
Tuesday, Sept. 4 with lots of
upcoming events discussed.
