Duties: - Basic PC hardware troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve PC and Server hardware and/or software Kpblems Troubleshoot all devices and resolve LAN and WAN connectivity problems or loss of service - Configure and install Servers and migrate data - Configure and install telecom digital and VOIP phone systems - Be able to work flexible hours - Be available for on-call outside of regular business hours to deal with network related emergencies or service affecting issues.
