Correspondence Cavan Church enjoys good weather and turnout for outdoor service The Huron Expositor • June 27, 2007 Page 31 Summer is here offi- cially and the year's longest day has passed. What a gorgeous day Cavan Church had for their outdoor service. A good number of peo- ple attended the Ser- vice and brunch which followed. Rev. John's sermon was titled "Friendships and Relationships." Special music was pro- vided by Marie Flynn and her band, includ- ing Sherry McCall, Andrew Patrick and Orville and Lila Storey from the area. Audibly Awesome also contributed vocal and musi- cal numbers. Organist, M a r j ori e Papple, played her keyboard for the service. Grant and David Bolton and Holly Braecker were the collectors. The brunch fol- lowed the ser- vice which was cooked and pre- pared by mem- bers of the con- gregation. All in all it was a successful day.
