Craig Windsor, of Seaforth, playing for the Mitchell Bantam hardball team, stretches
for the ball at first base during Saturday morning tournament action against Milton,
who won 11-3. In the 12 -team Bantam tournament this past weekend, Mitchell
went 0-3 but lost to each division winner, so they had a difficult draw. The locals
lost to Saugeen Shores Friday, the eventual 'B' champs, then fell to Milton
Saturday, the 'A' champions. In their third game Saturday night, the locals dropped
a hard-fought extra -inning decision to the eventual 'C' champion from Tillsonburg.
