St. James holds annual track and field meet
Construction on
Coleman Street
kept St. James
away from the
adjacent track
field, but not away
from track and
field events.
The school ran
events last Friday
and finished up
this Monday, rac-
ing on the
Agriplex track and
doing pit events at
the Seaforth
Public School.
In the 13 and
over boys, Alex
Ashby came first
in the 100 -metre
run, 200 -metre
run, 400 -metre
run, 800 -metre
run and the 1,500
run.
David Robinson
came in first in the
running long jump
and triple jump.
Kaleb Arts came
in first in Shot
Put.
Eric Dwyer
came in second in
the 200 -metre run,
the 400 -metre run,
the 800 -metre run,
the 1,500 -metre
run and the shot
put.
Jon Fournier
came in second in
the 100 -metre run.
