Huron County residents have court

Greydanus - a 22 -year-old Goderich
resident who did not appear in
court on June 4 - also accepted June
18 as the next court appearance.
Chad Armstrong, 25, was recently
released from hospital following a
gun shot to the abdomen during the
alleged break -and -enter on May 9.
The Goderich man was then
taken into police custody and later
released on a promise to appear in
court on June 18.

Three Huron County residents
charged after an alleged break -and -
enter, which resulted in one man
being shot, will appear in Superior
Court of Justice in Goderich on
June 18.
Zach Rounds, 20, of Central
Huron appeared for his first
appearance in Superior Court on
June 4 but was adjourned until
June 18.
The lawyer for Jennifer
Brussels planters tipped
All of the planter boxes on the main street in
Brussels were tipped over sometime during the night
of June 1, reports the Huron OPP.

Greydanus has been charged with
one count of robbery and one count
of break -and -enter of a house with
the intent to commit an indictable
offence.
Armstrong has been charged with
one count of break -and -enter of a
house with intent to commit an
indictable offence, one count of dis-
guise with intent and one count of
possession of weapon for a danger-
ous purpose.
The 65 -year-old Huron East man
who allegedly shot Armstrong is
also facing charges stemming from
the May 9 incident, including one
count of pointing a firearm, one
count of aggravated assault, one
count of production of schedule II
(cannabis marijuana) and orie count
of careless use of a firearm, weapon
and ammunition.
Paul Murray is scheduled to
appear in court in Goderich on Aug.
20.
