RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor & Provide trouble shooting support to production. • Coordinate new ingredients for trials. • Maintain information systems • Set specifications and formulation procedures to ensure product meets customer requirements. • Evaluate Labels. • Perform on-line testing and analysis • Monitor production schedule. ADDITIONAL SKILLS: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer & administrative skills. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • College Diploma or University Degree in food science or other science related field. • Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is an asset.
