The Director's position is a full-time position.
The Director is required to work in a supervisory role,
and in programming as required.
The successful candidate will have experience as an Early
Childhood Educator and experience in a
management/supervisory position. Candidates applying for
the position should have the following qualifications:
• an ECE diploma or equivalent university degree
in child studies
• excellent verbal and written communication
abilities
• business administration and financial operations
skills
• superior time management and problem solving

• proficient working knowledge of Microsoft

for the period June 4 to August 31. 2(X17 for:
Summer Day Camp Coordinator (1 position)
The primary responsibility of the Camp Coordinator is to assist in the
planning, implementation, and supervision of a positive recreational
experience for children involved in the summer day camp program.
The successful applicant will receive training and exposure to program
design and evaluation, administration, and strengths -based
management. Preference will be given to students currently completing
a Masters Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Development, or
Early Childhood Education.
Summer Day Camp Counsellors (5 positions)
The primary responsibility of the Camp Counsellor is to assist in the
implementation of a varied recreational program involving crafts, active
and quiet games, and sports for children involved ire the summer day
camp program. The successful applicant will be creative, reliable, and
responsible. Preference will be given to students currently completing a
Bachelors Degree or a diploma in a related Social Work field.
Summer Day Camp Administrative Assistant (1 position)
The primary responsibility of the Camp Administrative Assistant is to
provide administrative support and to organize materials as necessary
for children involved in the summer day camp program. The successful
candidate will have interpersonal skills, data management experience,
MS Word experience. Preference will he give to students currently
completing a business or office administration program at a recognized
college or university.
A valid driver's license is required, and successful applicants may
he required to work from either location.

MANAGER
Signal -Star Publishing Ltd., a commercial web -offset printer
is looking for an experienced manager to head its mailing and
distribution department.
Signal -Star is looking for an energetic, creative, goals -
oriented individual with outstanding interpersonal and
communications skills to lead our mailing and distribution
functions.
As a senior manager, responsible for the circulation and
mailing of internal newspapers and commercial products to
customers Canada -wide, you oversee and co-ordinate a staff
and activities relating to circulation and mailing processes
and flyer distribution. The position will also be responsible
for maintaining a proper county -wide delivery system,
including responsibility for drivers and carriers.
The successful applicant will use sound analytical and
problem -solving skills in acting as a liaison among staff,
commercial clients and internal publications. The person for
this position will bring a proven record of managerial skills,
business and computer experience and the ability to get the
job done.
We need a candidate with computer experient:e including a
working knowledge of personal computer business software
and/or corporate systems. A background or experience in
accounting would he beneficial as well as an understanding
of mailing processes.
Post -secondary education in business administration,
accounting or computer programming would he an asset.
