Home & Garden Style 2007, put
on by the Seaforth Agricultural
Society and the Lung Association,
raised about about $5,600.
"We were down slightly from last
year," said Deedee Herman, Lung
Association area manager.
Herman said that last year's
event raised about $6,000 total,
which was split evenly between the
two groups.
"It was still a great event," she
said.
The night started at 6:30 p.m. last
Wednesday, with silent auction and
dessert.
Herman said there were more
silent auction items this year.
