Mitchell said
the province has
been listening to
the concerns of
municipalities
and has "taken
them to heart."
"We heard
that you wanted
to see a simpli-
fied application
and more
emphasis on
rural issues,"
she said.
Mitchell also
said the provin-
fund municipal
infrastructure
projects.
"I know you
found that
COMRIF didn't
meet munici-
palities'
needs and
that munic-
ipalities
wanted to
expand it.

until the tenders
come out but
