Seaforth 5
Goderich 3
Goals: Holdyn Lansink 2, Jake Finlayson, Josh
Robinson, Jake Campbell
Coaches' Comments: The Seaforth Novice
came out flying and gave home town fans a real
demonstration of the hockey they are capable of
playing. The team out -hustled Goderich for
three periods and were awarded with a win in
the first game in the best of five series. Liam
Melady and Gavin Campbell made numerous
key saves which lead Seaforth to their first win
against Goderich this year.
Feb. 17
Seaforth 2
Goderich 1
Goals: Jake Finlayson 2
Coaches' Comments: This game was not as
fast -paced as the night before, but Seaforth
managed another solid team effort and were
able to hold off Goderich just long enough for
the win. Big saves by Liam Melady were
instrumental in the win.
