Scott, formerly of Roxboro, in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Scott. Loving mother of Ken Scott and his wife Marina Brash -Scott of Roxboro (R.R. #2 Seaforth). Fondly remembered by her granddaughter Jen Scott, at home. Loved sister of Gladys Alexander of Huronview, Clinton. Also survived by two nephews and a niece. Predeceased by her daughter Lois Scott, her parents William and Margaret (Brigham) Mason, sisters Mae Campbell (Storey) and Ella Mason, a niece and nephew. Family received friends at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held at Northside United Church, Seaforth on Saturday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. John Gould officiated. Interment Maitlandbank Cemetery, Seaforth. Pallbearers were Paul Storey, Gary Alexander, Hank Van Dieten, Mery Agar, Gerald Coleman and John Scott. Flower bearers were Jim Coleman and John Eckert. Memorial donations to Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation or Northside United Church appreciated.
