The Ausable Bayfield Conservation
Authority (ABCA) requests proposals from
licensed certified public accountant .firms
to audit its financial statements for the fiscal
year ending Dec. 31, 2006, with the option
of "auditing its financial statements for
the subsequent four (4) fiscal years. These
audits are to be performed in accordance
with the provisions of this RFP, including
the Accounting Principles and Financial
Reporting for Conservation Authorities in
Ontario.

MCCLURE, Nelson: Peacefully at Seaforth
Manor, on Thursday, November 2, 2006 Mr.
Nelson McClure of Egmondville and formerly of
McKillop Twp. in his 89th year. Beloved husband
of Fern (Dexter) McClure. Loving father of Clayton
and Joanne McClure, and Bryan and Sharlene
McClure, all of McKillop Twp. Cherished
grandfather of Cynthia, Shane, Marcie, Amy and
Steven. Dear brother and brother-in-law of
Dorothy and Bob Dalton of Londesborough,
Walter McClure of Seaforth, Mavis Dalton of
Seaforth, Mary McClure of Seaforth, Ethel Ball of
Auburn, Viola Sanderson of Blyth, Wilmer and
Marie Glousher of Londesborough. Predeceased
by sister Marg Carter, brothers Harvey, Sam, Jim
and Bert McClure, sisters-in-law Norma Glousher,
Muriel McClure, and Bessie McClure, and by
brothers-in-law Elmer Dexter, Tom Carter, Percy
Dalton, 'John Sanderson and Stan Ball. Friends
were received at the Box and Smith Funeral
Chapel, 47 High St., Seaforth, on Saturday from 2-
4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service was held
on Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 2:30 p.m.
Interment Maitlandbank Cemetery. Pastor
Stephen Hildebrand officiated. As expressions of
sympathy memorial donations to the Heart and
Stroke Foundation, Egmondville United Church, or
the charity of one's choice would be greatly
appreciated. Honourary pallbearers were Tom
Fletcher and Wayne Ward. Flower bearers were
granddaughters Cynthia, Amy and Marcie
McClure. Pallbearers were grandsons Shane
McClure, Steven McClure, and nephews Fred
McClure, Don Dalton, Stewart
Glousher and Elmer Sanderson. As
a tribute to the life of Nelson a tree
will be planted in his memory. 42-
