St. James competes at cross country meet St. James School students participated in the elemen- tary school cross country meet last week, where one second, two third and two fourth place finishes were won. Held Sept. 27 at St. Anne's Secondary School, in Clinton, students from eight schools competed in five age groups. . Second place finish went to Logan Lammerant, in 10 -year-old boys, while third place finishes went to Dylan Barker, in the 12 - year -old boys and Eric Dwyer, in the 13 -year-old boys. Fourth place finishes went to Jake, Nigh, in nine- year-old boys and Kalen Devereaux, in 13 -year-old boys. Scoreboard SHUFFLEBOARD Sept. 27 Ladies high: Wilma Pennings 4 wins, Willy Hoornaert, Ann Van Dooren, Catherine DeCorte 3 wins.
