Loving grandfather of Jenna, Laura and William Chappel and Melissa Pushelberg. Also remembered by sisters Fredo Boa, Hensall and Lorene Burns, Bobcaygeon, and a sister-in-law Betty Harburn, St. Marys. Predeceased by his parents Francis and Eliza (Riley) Harburn, four brothers, one sister, two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law. Family received friends at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 30 at 2:00 pm.
