Seaforth District Fire Chief Tom Phillips says the the fire was most likely caused from a spark from a nearby garbage can, being used at the time to burn some papers. "It was just a small H. Anne Powell says she noticed the fire when she returned outside to grab a few more groceries from her vehicle. "I looked over and there was smoke," she says, adding that she quickly found a bucket, filled it with water and dowsed the fire.
