at the Queensway Nursing
Home family barbecue held
Thursday, Aug. 17. Their wonderful
renditions of several popular tunes
drew much applause from residents
and family members.
The Queensway Retirement
Residence will be hosting their fami-
ly barbecue Thursday, Aug. 24.
The Monday afternoon Ice Cream:
Parlour event filled the dining room
to capacity as residents chose from a
variety of toppings at the "build
your own" ice cream sundae activity.
After the last sundae was served,
residents worked on an ice cream
flavours word find.
Rev. Mary Beth Wilson of the
Brucefield and Kippen United
Churches led worship Tuesday with
Belva Fuss as volunteer organist.
Donna Smale, auxiliary volunteer
was in Wednesday afternoon to
organize the euchre players.
