Mervin Nott of Seaforth in his 82nd year. Beloved

grandfather of Logan, Mattie, . Hannah, Jonah,
Ryian, Jade and Ivy. Dear brother and brother-in-
law of Earl and Dorothy Nott of Seaforth, Elgin
Nott of Seaforth, Winnie Knox of Clinton, and
Harvey and Betty Nott of Vancouver Island, B.C.
Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Agnes
Nott, grandson Stephen, and sister Bernice
Richardson. Mervin was a businessman in
Seaforth having owned and operated the Crown
Hardware business from 1948-1980. Friends
were received at the Box and Smith Funeral
Chapel, 47 High St., Seaforth, on Sunday from 2-
4 ,and 7-9. Funeral service was held at the
Egmondville United Church, Egmondville, on
Monday, August 21, 2006 at 11 o'clock. Pastor
Stephen Hildebrand officiated. Interment
Egmondville Cemetery. As expressions of
sympathy memorial donations to the Multiple
Sclerosis Society, Egmondville United Church, or
the charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
Pallbearers were Dave McGregor, Ron Horsman,
Clayton Groves, Ralph Wood, Glen Haney and
John Muir. A Royal Canadian Legion Branch
