euchre participants for their after-
noon games.
Coffee and current events were
the focus Thursday morning with
residents perusing several weekly
publications and the daily London
Free Press over coffee and snacks.
Lively discussions will often ensue
over events of interest. In the after-
noon a hat party was held in the
Retirement Residence with Leslie
Richards entertaining. Red hats,
cowboy hats, spring hats and even a
Santa hat appeared.
Residents were busy Friday after-
noon making their gift cards at craft
hour. Everyone is pleased to be able
to recycle beautiful donated cards in
such a useful way. Queensway
Retirement Home green thumb resi-
dents enjoyed planting colourful
flowers in our raised flower beds
recently.
