Robert Gordon presided
over the monthly meeting of
the Canadian Council of the
Blind, Bluewater chapter at
Huronview May 16 with an
attendance of 34, including
members and escorts.
Following opening exercises
of 0 Canada and the Lord's
Prayer, Ruth Gordon gave the
secretary and treasurer
reports followed by roll call
answered by the naming of
one's favourite flower.
Bob Fisher announced that
posters would be displayed in
strategic areas regarding the
walk-a-thon for the CNIB

May 28 at Menesetung Trail.
He also gave "food for
thought" as to the menu for
the July picnic.
Samples of game boards
such as scrabble, checkers,
chess, backgammon, solitaire,
tic tac toe etc. from the CNIB
Lending Library were passed
around for viewing.
A most entertaining inter-

Samuel and Josh at the piano
