Fifteen Central Huron track
athletes heading to WOSSA
Susan Hundertmark
With 15 athletes going to WOSSA this
year, Central Huron Secondary School's
results were "really, really good," says one
of three CHSS track coaches, Krista
Parsons.
"It's been a pretty good year because our
numbers have grown - we now have 20 stu-
dents on the team. Overall this year we
have had our biggest track and field team
and that was proven with the results that
we had," she says.
Since many high schools have triple the
number of athletes or more on their track
teams, CHSS didn't win any of the team
awards. But, the senior boys won a number
of first place finishes.
