Deaths JANET BRETT KERR MORCHAIN A Graveside Service for Janet Brett Kerr Morchain of Ottawa who passed away December 12, 2005, daughter of the late Wilfred Brenton Kerr, native of McKillop Township and the late Ada Sarah Melvina Brett, native of Rosemont, Ontario will be held Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 4 p.m. at Maitlandbank Cemetery, Seaforth. The service will be officiated by Rev. Darrell Wright. Janet Morchain is survived by her partner Michael Wall and his daughter Imogen, her sister Catherine Thompson and nephews Michael and Gabriel Thompson. Deaths MACLEAN Peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday, May 5, 2006, the last member of a proud Scottish family that settled in Seaforth in mid 1920's from the Isle of Lewis. Donald MacLean of Egmondville, in his 83rd year. Dear friend of Linda Wilson. Remembered by his sister-in-law Betty MacLean of Egmondville and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Agnes (O'Sullivan) MacLean, his parents Roderick and Mary Ann (Morrison) MacLean, his sister Kate Phillips and her husbanc Tony, and brothers Roderick and his wife Hattie MacLean, Norman, John and Ken MacLean. Donald was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 156 Seaforth, served overseas on the Canadian High Seas from March 13, 1945 to September 24,1945. At his request there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Interment Maitlandbank Cemetery. Memorial donations to a charity of one's choice appreciated. Cards of Thanks LANE Sincere thanks to Doctors Rooyakkers and Shepherd, the ER and ward nurses and many staff for the excellent care I received at the Seaforth Hospital throughout my unexpected stay. Thank you to family and friends for your calls, flowers and concern upon my return home. I appreciate everyone's thoughtfulness. 47-19-1 MCKELLAR "WOW" what a great bunch of friends you are. The many phonecalls, visits, plants, flowers and cards were really appreciated. Also a very special "Thank You" to my sister Trish for all the love and care.
