Hensall District Co-operative Inc. is seeking an energetic
individual to fill the position of
LEAD HAND - EXETER LOCATION
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with
the overall operation of the location. Some of the responsibili-
ties are as follows:
- Operation of all grain elevator equipment
- Preventative maintenance and some equipment repair as
required.
- Fertilizer blending and loading
- Loading and delivery of crop inputs - seed, chemicals
- Documentation of all inbound/outbound commodities and
crop inputs
Supervision of seasonal staff as required
The successful candidate must be available for all shifts as per
seasonal requirements including weekends and overtime. The
ability to perform manual lifting and climbing to heights of
approximately 80 feet is required. A strong commitment to cus-
tomer service.as well as excellent interpersonal skills is
required in this position. Knowledge of crop inputs such as
seed, fertilizer, chemicals would be a definite asset.
Qualifications for this position include a DZ licence, mechanical
skills, some computer skills, previous agricultural experience,
and machinery operator skills.
This is a full time position offering competitive remuneration
and benefit plan as per corporate policy. Benefits include
health, dental, life insurance, pension plan, and clothing

Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with a Marketing
