pleased to announce their marriage on January
27, 2006 in Tambor Costa Rica.
A special thank you to friends and family!
Last week's ser-

by the annual meet-
ing. Several items
were brought up and dealt with.
Doug Campbell and Brenda Dalton
replaced Bob Campbell and Murray
McCall on the Board of Stewards. two
new elders were voted on to replace
Dianne Anderson and Sandra Morey. Ann
Bosman and Ruth Campbell were select-
ed.
Next Sunday's service will be followed
by a brunch.
Bob and Laurene Regele recently
returned from an enjoyable trip to the
Dominican Republic. They left on the
stormy Monday so really enjoyed the 90°
+ temperatures at their destination.
Warren and Judy Beuerman, Valerie
Shortreed, Clyde and Cathy McClure
recently returned from a holiday in Cuba.
Their resort was on the northeast side of
the island.
They reported the food was good, the
natives were friendly and helpful. The
beaches are beautiful. They also toured
the market and a cigar factory in Holguin
as well as going horseback riding.
They returned home last Friday to
stormy and cold weather.

week off with a men's breakfast club.
Sausage and eggs were enjoyed while
they did some reminiscing.
The morning chats with coffee three
times a week in the retirement residence
are well attended with this month's focus
being love stories, siblings and items we
treasure.

Following the church service to cele-
brate Valentine's Day, a social gathering
was held with fruit and wine. The room
was filled with the -ladies wearing their
red hats and a game was played with
everyone attempting to name as many
songs as they could with the word "love."
Music with the Christian Reformed
Singers was enjoyed in the evening.
Residents are preparing for an upcom-
ing painting class after welcoming_a local
artist who introduced the basics of paint-

ing everyone to choose their subject.
On Friday afternoon, a unique taste
testing party was held with samples from
Epicure enjoyed by all. Fruit dips, laven-
der cookies and loaf were tasted along
with blueberry tea.
