the position of:
PC SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The PC Support Specialist is responsible for providing assis-
tance in the operation and maintenance of the personal com-
puters and the local area network.
The successful candidate must have the following abilities:
• Must be adept at troubleshooting PC hardware and software
. problems
• Must be proficient with Microsoft XP professional and Office
• Must have above average verbal and written communication
skills
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Windows server 2003 skills would be a be definite asset
Post secondary education in a computer related field or relative
experience is preferred.
This is a full time position with competitive remuneration and a

changing -environment you will support County computer
systems, networks and telecommunications. The successful
applicant will also liaise with suppliers, maintain asset and
license management, research and recommend new
technologies and provide end user training. There will be a
need to travel to support the County's various offices distributed
throughout the County.
