Alliance CEO Andrew Williams told his board of directors last Thursday that Cheryl Yost, director of training and development is tak- ing another job as CNE of the Manitoulin Health Centre in Little Current while Ruth Beckman, pro- gram director for mental health and Wayne Hollohan, director of materi- al management, are retiring. "We speak frequently of the recruitment and retention chal- lenges facing the healthcare system, yet rarely focus these discussions at the managerial level," said his report.
