MCEWEN: At Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, on Thursday, December 29,
2005 Miss D. Jean McEwen of Stanley Township in her 98th year. Beloved daugh-
ter of the late Alexander and Minnie (Weir) McEwen. Dear sister of Marjorie and
her husband John Broadfoot of R.R. #1, Brucefield. Also survived by several
nieces and nephews,. Predeceased by 3 sisters Bessie Boyd, Eleanor Runnalis
and Marion Laramie. The funeral service was held at the Falconer Funeral Homes
Ltd. 153 High St. Clinton on Saturday, December 31, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. with visita-
tion from 12 noon until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers were Bob Broadfoot,
Jack Broadfoot, Jim Broadfoot, Sandy Runnalls, Rick Kootstra and Bruce Horton.
Interment Baird's Cemetery, Stanley Township. Donations to the charity of one's

MUEGGE, Marie: Lovingly surrounded by family, Marie. Rose Muegge (Hoegy) at
University Hospital, London, on Sunday, December 25, 2005 in her 85th year.
Wife of the late Gordon Muegge (1978). Mother of Betty (Bob) Beuttenmiller of
Seaforth, Don (Eileen) of R.R. 4, Walkerton, Bob of Calgary, Richard (Jo -Anne) of
Windsor, Judy (Doug) Dalrymple of Exeter, Linda (Bill) Soldan of Exeter, Lois (Bill)
Brown of London, Len (Jane) of Clinton, Yvonne (Rick) Hulley of London, Patti
(Dave) Spence of Exeter. Also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and fifteen
great grandchildren and brother Louis Hoegy of Cambridge and many nieces and
nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by parents William and
Anna Hoegy, grandson Brandon Hulley (2002) and daughter-in-law Joanne (Bob)
Muegge (2005). Rested at the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, 87 Goderich St. W.,
Seaforth where visitation took place Thursday, December 29 7-9 p.m. The funeral
service was held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2005 with
Pastor Stephen Hildebrand officiating. Spring interment at Maitlandbank Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Marie's memory to the C.N.I.B., Kidney
