Donations bring Christmas
to family who lost home to fire
From Page 1
"The kids came
running out of
the house," says;
Huron East Fire
Chief . Marty
Bedard, who
along with
Seaforth District
'Fire Chief Tom
Phillips and
Acting Captain
Jim Finlayson,
distributed the
toys.
Seaforth's fire
department
received a dona-
tion of toys for
the Rodens
through .a provin-
cial fire service
and was happy to
pass along the
toys using the
town firetruck.
And, while he's
grateful and
thankful for all
the support from
townspeople after
the fire, • Paul
says he received
his Christmas
present long
before. Dec. 25
this year.
"I had my
Christmas pre-
sent when the
wife, daughter
and grandkids
got out of the
house," he says.

destroyed by fire.
