A 2001 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck was stopped by police, who noticed the driver was displaying signs of impairment. The driver was transported to the detachment were he provided two breath samples, both of which were over the legal limit of 80 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood. At least that's the consensus between a group of kindergarten students from Seaforth public school. Haden Flood says Santa gets all of his toys from the elves. "They make the toys in the toyshop." Abby Thomson agrees, saying the elves are quite the busy workers this time of the year. "They make toys and also fun for the kids and little babies." "They make them, and paint them, then wrap them, and then put them in Santa's bag." Olivia Riley has the utmost confidence the elves will be able to make any kid's wish come true. "They can make anything." Mattie McGregor has a different idea of where Santa gets all those toys. "At Costco in London," she says, but adds that the elves do help out with some of the gifts.
