At lunch Lisa then treated everyone to Christmas music as she played piano throughout the meal. In the afternoon the Bethel Reform women facilitated their last bingo for the month. The eight breakfast group attendees enjoyed a delicious meal Tuesday morn- ing, prepared while they watched. Volunteer Lillian Beer assisted at the weekly event. Pastor Elly Van Bergen led worship Tuesday afternoon with Belva Fuss as vol- unteer pianist. Wednesday morning residents gathered in the sunroom for their thrice weekly exercise program. The physical workout followed by a mental workout made up of quizzes and games makes for a stimulat- ing program. Coffee and news group took place Thursday morning with everyone perusing several weekly papers as well as the daily London Free Press. In the afternoon mani- cures were done for several ladies in the sunroom. Friday afternoon the delicious scents of fresh baking wafted down the halls where the baking club was working. All in atten- dance particularly liked the taste testing. St. Vincent Christmas dinner planned for Dec. 13 MENEM St. Patrick's annual bake sale was held on Sunday, Dec. 4 to a large crowd. St. Vincent de Paul CWL invite you to their annual potluck Christmas dinner on Tuesday, Dec. 13 following a Mass at 6 p.m. Entertainment will also be included. Sympathy to Dan Carlow on the death of his father, Elmer Carlow. A happy retirement to David O'Rourke, who was owner and manager of O'Rourke Transport. It is definitely worth coming to hear a Christmas message, fel- lowship and great food. We welcome all local indi- viduals to this luncheon held on the third Thursday of each month.
