This energetic individual will be motivated, efficient and have the ability to contribute within a team environment. A post secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline is a requirement. Strong computer skills are mandatory and experience in logistics would be a definite asset. Some responsibilities of the Surface Transportation & Regulatory Analyst are as follows: • Obtain, analyze vendor rate quotes and services for all modes of surface transportation • Book surface transportation services to accommodate customer shipping requirements • Timely dispatch of rate quotations in response to daily customer requests • Prepare required transportation/customs/security documentation This is an exciting position for an individual who is capable of multi -tasking and who is very detail -oriented. The successful candidate must also keep up to date on regulations and changes within the industry.
