News Healthy Hearts celebrates 10th anniversary this year Healthy Hearts, a car- diac rehabilita- tion program, is cdlebrating its 10th anniver- sary this year. The program consists of bi- weekly exercise meetings at their cardiac rehabilitation clinic in Goderich. To celebrate the• anniversary healthy Hearts held a walk Oct. 3 in Goderich for all its members. Program Director for Healthy Hearts Eleanor Brewster, said the weather was a bonus for the members, who are usually sepa- rated into eight groups. "It was a nice night to get out for a walk," she said. Don Dodds, of McKillop, has been a member of Healthy Hearts since 2003. Through the exercise pro- gram Dodds has been able to keep running his farm. "It (the pro- gram) kept me active, and kept me going," he said. "It definite- ly helped me get back to where I am today."
