in 13 public libraries in Huron County. We require the

Best Start Network
The County of Huron is seeking a proposal to address
the delivery of the Best Start Network. This proposal
should meet the requirements of the province and is
responsible for providing expert research and analysis
regarding the development and implementation of the
Best Start Strategy particularly with respect to child
care planning/policy, strategies and programme initia-
tives of the County of Huron Consolidated Municipal
Service Manager (CMSM). This contracted position will
be responsible for the development and writing of the
Best Start Strategy Plan and will report to the Children
Services Manager.
A Steering Committee will be in place to monitor the
Best Start Network.
