Added Seaforth blood donor clinic a success
By Susan Hundertmark
Expositor Editor
A fourth blood donor
clinic added to the
Canadian Blood Services
visits to Seaforth aimed for
the usual 144 units of blood
on Monday, says Erin
Bryden, of Canadian Blood
Services.
"Seaforth has been doing
great. Even though we've
increased the number of
clinics, they come out and
supported us. At each
clinic, they always Meet the
mark," she says.
The clinic, held Monday
at the Seaforth community
centre, is one of an
increasing amount of clinics
throughout the Huron and
Perth County area.
"I don't know what we'd
do without our northern
donors. They're terrific,"
says Bryden.

The great room, with its large front window, is the hub of activity in this
three-bedroom family home. Together with the dining area, kitchen and
breakfast nook, it provides plenty of space for a family with active
young children. In case the numbers do increase, there's an unfinished
basement that could be made into additional bedrooms, or used as a
playroom. The ground floor has an inviting foyer with a bench seat, a
• coat closet and a decorative window. A finished den, also on this level,
could be used as a home office or a family computer room. Stairs lead
directly to the kitchen/great room where a vaulted ceiling adds design
interest and creates a feeling of openness. The walk-through kitchen
has an angled island/eating bar. The breakfast area beyond has sliding
glass doors that open to a partly covered sundeck.
