HEALTHCARE MITCHELL GOLF AND
ALLIANCE COUNTRY CLUB
Members who pay their fees annually shall not be entitled to
vote at any meetings of the Corporation unless their member-
ship fees were paid in full at least thirty (30) days prior to the
date of the meeting. A person is eligible to be an Annual
Member where he or she pays to the Corporation the annual
membership fee of $10.00 and where he or she meets the con-
ditions outlined in the By-laws. Annual Memberships in the
Corporation are effective from April 1 in one year to March 31
in the following year.
Annual Membership Fees can be purchased from the Business
Office at the hospital no later than May 22, 2005.

Cancer Drive Chairman
Steve Knight announced that
the canvass for the Canadian
Cancer Society held on April
25 was very successful.
Come out and enjoy our May
meal at the Hensall Drop -In
on May 19 at the Hensall
United Church. Lunch will
he served at 12 noon.

hearing from Kevin Munn.
At Hensall United Church
the service began with an
organ prelude with Agnes
Bray followed by welcome
and announcements and the
Passing of the Peace.
Dorothy Corbett greeted
everyone to this special
service. Eleanor and Eric
Mansfield were the ushers.
Glenn Hayter lit the Christ
Candle and also was the
reader.
Readings were heard from
Acts and John. Psalm 68 was
also read. Pastor Fred
Darke's message was "We are
family".
Janice Alderdice, Chair of
the Membership and Pastoral
Care Committee, presented
William Gregory Dalrymple,
son of Gregory and Lisa,
Daylen John Elder, son of
Robert and Lisa and Molly
Morgan Towton, daughter of
William and Julia for
Baptism.
Flowers in the sanctuary
were from the Alderdice
family in memory of Rena
and John Caldwell. There
will be no service at Hensall
United Church on May 29.
At Carmel Presbyterian
Church Joyce Pepper was the
organist with Harry Smith
receiving the offering. Tracy
Whitson-Bahro was the
minister. Anniversary
service will be held on May
29 at IOam.
The people of Carmel
Presbyterian Church wish to
thank everyone for their
support at the May 1 beef
dinner held at the arena.

Retirement Home
residence's mothers were
pleased to welcome the
many devoted family
members that turned out for
the "Mother's Day Tea"
Saturday afternoon.
Carol Lcheau played the
piano throughout the
afternoon for the enjoyment
of all, while guests were
served a variety of delicious
cheesecakes along with
punch. coffee and tea.
Winners of the flowering
plant door prizes were Bea
Munn. and Bob and Donna
C'haffe.
Hensall United Church
women provided assistance
and prizes at bingo Monday
afternoon. Following the
bingo games Beth Knox and
Eria Coleman hosted the
Friendship Circle meeting.
Quecnsway's volunteer
auxiliary met Tuesday
morning to discuss
upcoming events and offer
their assistance wherever
needed. A priority now that
the weather is warmer will
be helping residents to
benefit from being outdoors.
In the afternoon, Pastor
Phil Wagler, of Zurich
Mennonite Church. led
worship. Pastor Wagler and
his son Benjamin sang for
the residents -accompanying
themselves on guitar.
Paula with "Popcorn" her
therapy dog, spent
Wednesday morning visiting
the dog lovers at Queensway.
The little Maltese with his
friendly manner has many
residents looking forward to
his weekly visits. In the
afternoon volunteer Marg
Cole organized the euchre
games.
Music therapy with Lisa,
coffee and current events and
manicures filled the day on
Thursday for residents. Andy
Rau and Friends had the
retirement residence lounge
filled to capacity Friday
evening for their toe tapping
musical entertainment.
