His memory we keep.

on February 25, 2003.
We can shed a tear because you
are gone,
Or we can smile because you were
part of our lives.
We can close our eyes and pray
that you'll come back,
Or we can open our eyes and see
reminders of you all around us.
We can turn our back on tomorrow
and live in the past,
Or we can look at today and live
each day to the fullest, as you did.
Our hearts can be empty because
you are no longer here,
Or be full of the love and cherished
memories we have of you.
