Hensall churches celebrate Christmas T h e Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols was celebrated at *mall United Claud], on Dec. 19. Church was "a bhth to celebrate". The swine began with words of welcome and the lighting of the Advent Candles. Hymns were sung and readings given. Communion was served by Linda and Jerry Mugu*MyLHYde,Gy Campbell and Glenn and Lois Pastor Fred Darke was the minister with Bill Gibson playing the organ. The readers were Fred Darke, Les Hills, Judi Walker, and Dd[g Walker. Members of the quartet were Bill Gibson, Les Hills, Cam Walker and Doug Walker. Cam Walker and Doug Walker were the Hensall Brass Duo. The service closed with benediction and choral amen. "Good News" was the theme at Hensall United Church. The service began with an organ prelude followed by welcome and announcements Hensall and the Passing of the Peace. Pastor Fred Darke was the minister with guest Carol Carter Playing the orgalt. Pastor Fred's message was "Christmas is over, now what?"
