KENNEDY: In loving memory of a
dear mother, grandmother, and
great grandmother, Anne Kennedy
who passed away December 12,
1987.
God saw you were getting tired,
And a cure was not to be,
So He put His arms around you,
And whispered "come to me."
With tearful eyes I watched you,
And saw you pass away,
And although I loved you, dearly,
I could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands brought to rest,
God broke my heart to prove to me,
He only takes the best.

MOYLAN
It is so difficult to choose the appro-
priate words to convey our appreci-
ation to everyone who has been so
much to us since our world sudden-
ly turned upside down on Sept. 6th.
To Joan and Mark Murray who
came to the house after the arrival
of the ambulance and then drove
me to the hospital and to Ken and
Cindy Flanagan, Gerry and Karen
Ryan and Mary Catherine Lane,
who came to the hospital to offer
support and condolences, we are
truly grateful. To the ambulance
attendants and Emergency staff at
Seaforth Community Hospital, we
offer our thanks for your efforts. We
thank the physicians and staff at the
Seaforth Medical Clinic for your
support and continuing expressions
of caring. To neighbours, friends
and relatives who came to the
house laden with food, we can't
thank you enough. To Grace and
Bill Campbell for your invaluable
help at the house. To Mary Ryan for
your expertise to plan the funeral
ceremony as we think Don himself
would have planned it• we indeed
are thankful. Thanks to neighbours
and friends who prepared and
served dinner to family at St.
Columban church hall on the
evening prior to the funeral. The
gesture of kindness meant that we
could have a tittle more time to relax
between afternoon and evening vis-
itation. To Fr. Gordon Kennedy, Fr.
Joe Hardy, Fr. Maurice
Charbonneau. Fr. Jim Foster and
Fr. Lance Magdziak, thank you for
your prayers and delivery of a won-
derful funeral mass. We express
our appreciation to St. Columban
church choir, soloist Mary Coyne,
readers Sr. Jean Moylan, Janet
Lichty and David Moylarl and to St.
Columban C.W.L. and all helpers at
the luncheon following the funeral
mass. Thanks to the Knights of
Columbus members who formed
the honour guard at the church prior
to the funeral mass. Thank you to
Ross Ribey and Ruth Townsend for
your professional services and
compassionate guidance. To so
many for floral arrangements, mass
cards, visitation at the funeral
home, donations to various charita-
ble organizations and numerous
sympathy cards, we are deeply
grateful. It has all been such a trib-
ute to a wonderful husband, father
and grandfather. And last, but not
least, thanks to each of you who
served as processional gift bearers,
offertory gift bearers and pallbear-
ers. Although our lives have
changed forever. we believe that
the genuine generosity. concern
and compassion of so many has
helped us to adjust to that change
and will 'continue to do so in the
