There are no general meetings in July and August. The executive is voted to run the branch.and make recommendations to the members. Think about attending and have your say how the branch is run. The entertainment committee is planning to hold a dance and hiring a rock band for downstairs on July 24 and a fish fry ( Howells ) on Aug. 27. The 75th committee was formed to celebrate the 75 years the branch has been in Seaforth and its contribution to the town and surrounding area over those years and remembering those who paid the supreme sacrifice and those who have since passed on. It has so far planned a parking lot dance with the band Black Water Draw. on Aug. 7. There should be more information from this committee in the near future. Recently the branch put on a dinner for the ladies' auxiliary in appreciation for the help over the past year. They Shall Grow Not Old As We That Are Left grow Old.
