SUCCESS The Exeter branch of the Ontario Plowmen's Association piclred the only fine day last week for their plowing match which was held oil the farm of Mr. Wm. Welsh, about two miles north of tort*n, on Friday. The day previous was very disagre- able with plenty of rain and it look- ed as if the match would have to be postponed, but Mr. 'Welsh's land is high and dry, being well drained and everything went off fine.
