The Hensall and
Community Horticultural
Society will hold a Christmas
pot -luck dinner on Nov. 27 at
Hensall United Church. The
guest speaker will be Natalie
Kerslake from Village Vines.
The annual Hensall
Christmas tree -lighting
ceremony will be held on Dec.
5 at town hall. There will be
carols, hot dogs, hot chocolate
and probably a visit from old
Saint Nick. This event is
sponsored by the Hensall Fire
Department and the Hensall
Community Development
Action Committee.
At Hensall United Church,
Fred Darke's message was
"Who Rules Your Whole
World?" The offering was
received by Glenn and Lois
Hayter. Lorelco Schnieder was
the organist with Ryan Jacobe
looking after the elevator.
White Gift Sunday will be
held on Nov. 30 and the
congregation is invited to bring
a gift for the Huron County
Christmas Bureau or food for
the food bank. Mittens,
scarves, socks, and hats will
also be collected for the
Christmas Bureau.
The covenanting service for
Fred Darke will be held on
Dec. 7 everyone welcome.
There will not be a morning
service that day.

Don and Eileen MacRae of
Dublin, accompanied Bill
and Kathy Wolfe, of
Mitchell, and Tracy and
Paige Dill, of Stratford, to
Ottawa on Nov. 15 and 16 for
the graduation of Chad Wolfe
from Carleton University in
Ottawa.
On Nov. 19 the
St. Patrick's
C.W.L., Dublin, --
held their pot luck dinner.
After a delicious meal, Fr.
Moe Charbonneau,
entertained us.
St. Patrick's Church,
Dublin, is holding Coffee

30 following mass. Every
family is asked to donate two
articles of baked goods. All
proceeds are going to the
"House of Blessing."
