On Tuesday evening September 7, the gil's soft ball team enjoyed a corn roast in Mr. Prance's woods. While the flames and the sparks mounted high, games were played in their light. After the flames had died down a splendid bed of coals were left on which the corn and weiners were cooked. All present spent a very enjoyable evening.
