to Zurich Mr, 'Casper Wal,per's car
took to the ditch, just at the swamp
where the road is narrow. He was
blinded. by lights from a car meeting
him and got too, close to the side of
the narrow, road, Mr. Waiper, the
only occupant of the car, escaped un-
hurt, and the car was not damaged
to nay extene.

who was instantly killed in a motor
accident near Parkhill. His car
ran into the ditch and overturned

awful suddenness of his death has

Mr. and Mrs. Noah Deitrich' and
family have the sympathy of their
many friends in the loss of their
little daughter Mary, aged 2 years,
and 6 months, which took place on
Saturday morning. The little child
had an attack of the flu in the spring
and never recovered from the effects
Besides her parents she is survived
by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. The
funeral was held Sunday afternoon,
interment' in Mt. Carmel cemetery.
